More Fibromyalgia Information Available at ImmuneSupport and ProHealth website
I have joined with the ImmuneSupport and ProHealth’s website to offer more news, information and products for my readers with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. ImmuneSupport, run by ProHealth, has raised and donated over $2.3 million to fund research projects and support groups.
When you make a purchase on their website a portion is donated to various Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue support groups and research foundations. You can specify where the money goes when you make a purchase. Two of their nutritional formulas are shown below. Many others are available also. To link to their website go to:

Are You Tired All of the Time?
Chronic fatigue often accompanies fibromyalgia symptoms. This fatigue can keep you from being able to experience normal daily activities with your family and friends, and is often the cause of going on medical leave from an occupation.
My book “Natural Choices for Fibromyalgia” talks about chronic fatigue symptoms and how the mitochondria in our cells are affected by a metabolic imbalance. The mitochondria help produce energy in our cells, and when they do not receive the nutrition that they need they will not function effectively.
A new study from Temple University looked at the affect of taking creatine to create more metabolic energy, especially for chronic fatigue sufferers. To improve performance and build muscle athletes often use creatine. Creatine monohydrate helps rebuild muscles by working as a reserve energy supply in the cells to help maintain ATP energy levels. Creatine also is needed by the brain, and can help get more oxygen to the brain cells improving memory.
Now researchers are finding that creatine affects the nervous system as well as the muscles. In fibromyalgia, long-term stress on the nervous system can make the muscles more sensitive to pain. So by taking stress off the nervous system using a supplement with creatine other nutritional co-factors the pain of fibromyalgia along with chronic fatigue may be reduced.
Will any creatine supplement be effective?
No, use a product combination that been researched to be successful. Pro Health’s Mitochondria Ignite with NT Factor has been tested to improve cellular functioning 33%. This formula contains 50 mg of creatine per tablet, along with minerals to help the creatine be absorbed better. Also the formula has NT Factor that helps further improve the functioning of the mitochondria and cell membranes. You can order and learn more about this product at Mitochrondria Ignite
Keep your Immune System Healthy
Fall is coming, and along with it cold and flu season for too many people. I recommend the use of whole food nutrition, specifically Juice Plus fruits and vegetables as a basis for daily nourishment. Keeping the immune system strong will prevent auto-immune reactions. Auto-immune reactions come when the body is not receiving the nutrition it needs to support the stress that it is under. Suppressing the immune system is not the answer, even in auto-immune reactions. Begin supplementing with bioavailable nutrition in a formula designed to work together to get the best results.
One of the formulas I recommend is Transfer Factor Essentials. This formula contains transfer factor proteins and colostrum extracts that stimulate NK (natural killer) cells. It also contains beta glucan that improves the functioning of NK cells, macrophages and neutrophils to remove toxins and repair damaged tissue. IP-6 and astragulas are included to further stimulate immune system activity along with other minerals and B vitamins to help absorption.
Transfer factors are tiny protein molecules that are produced by our immune system T-cells. Transfer factors deliver key information from cell to cell to make our immune system stronger. Click here to find out more about Transfer Factor Essentials
Are You Interested in Aromatherapy?
Last Christmas, my daughter and I first saw Aromatherapy Misting Fountains. At that time the price range was from $59.95 up to over $100. I did not buy one for her for Christmas, but I will be getting her one this year. I just found a good source that can be linked to from: Aromatherapy Fountains
They are only $39.95. These are table-top misting fountains that have colored lights. You can use essential oils in the water to create aromas to suit your taste. If you want to shop early for Christmas, or want to pamper yourself from your stressful lifestyle, order one or more today!
